As dicussed on the last page just email to mike(at)ncown.com with your site information and link to offer and we will figure a same PR level exchange. We can work with sites of PR's 3 to 9 for these special arrangements. All other local websites please submit to our Charlotte real estate directory free and instantly here.
Banners
The two banner sizes we discussed are the main page and directory variety. Main page banner will get less total slightly less impressions but will bring a very targeted
rent to own and relocation shopper for Charlotte region. A great choice for brokers and agents. The directory banner is larger and will show to just you category on every hit.
Banners must be .gif or .jpg variety, cannot contain flashin text or movement of any kind, and must not contain loud colors that detract from the site as a whole.
(ex: hot pink or neon colors)

The 400 X 60 banners will display like this on ever listing for your chosen category, upon every impression.
We currently accept paypal payment or high end links for payment for this type of display.
Criteria of site
Site must be real estate or related sites, preferably in the southeast US or Carolinas. Site cannot be a bannable theme of site including adult themed of any sort.
Cost
Currently we will run one banner of your choice in either of the two locations (220 or 400px variety), for $50 per month.
Cost If paying with links
Currently we will run one banner of your choice in either of the two locations (220 or 400px variety) in exchange for any of the following:
4 - PR5 links
3 - PR6 links
2 - PR7 link
1 - PR8+ link
We will run the banner as long as the links remain.
